What does the Coach-Client relationship look like?

You (the client) are the expert. The Coaches job is to partner with you and assist in your growth process. The Coach does this by guiding, supporting, validating, educating, empowering, motivating, listening, endorsing and believing in you. The Coach will require accountability, help you minimize tolerations, maximize all available resources, and celebrate your success with you.

What do you talk about with a Coach?

Because time is valuable and you want to get the most out of your Coaching session, I use an organized form called the “Client Prep Form” to help you stay on track.
Topics include:

What have you accomplished since our last call?
What did you not get done that you intended to?
What are the challenges you are facing right now?
What opportunities are available to you right now?
What do you want to use the Coaching call to specifically address?
What are my goals / intentions for completion before the next call / meeting?

I believe that everyone does the best they can at any given time. ADHD is a disorder that has many different facets that show up in many different ways. My job is to nudge you along and help you reach your goals and your highest potential.

How often do you meet with an ADHD Coach and what is the fee?

The number of times per week or month is unique for each client. ADHD has many ups and downs, twists and turns. The Coach and the client jointly decide how soon they should meet again. Fees for services also vary depending on individual needs. Most Coaches charge by groupings of 3 or 4 sessions at a set price.
